Starting with smooth-tasting green laver tofu, you can enjoy the true essence of seafood with a platter of fresh sashimi and yellowtail shabu-shabu.The grilled pork shoulder with Nishikyo miso brings out the aroma of the miso and the delicious flavor of the meat, and the supporting dishes such as the seafood salad and simmered silver cod also have an elegant taste.The meal ends with fragrant udon noodles and pickles, making it an ideal setting for a relaxed dinner party.
